GROOMED TRAILS &
GREAT RIDES
PUT SOME MILES BEHIND YOU.
BC may be known for deep snow and big mountains, but some of the best days here are spent following the trail. Across the province, local clubs have made winter trail grooming an art form, laying down smooth corduroy through snow-covered forests, along valley bottoms and high into the mountains.
Follow it to a backcountry cabin. Chase it to a viewpoint. Pack a lunch and see how far the day takes you. There’s something pretty satisfying about clicking off kilometres on fresh corduroy, stopping when somewhere catches your eye and knowing there’s still plenty of trail ahead.
From big networks made for covering ground to mountain routes where the journey is every bit as good as the destination, groomed trails open up a different way to explore BC in winter.
