RIDE THROUGH DEEP TIME
There aren’t many places where you can spend the day pulling lines through the Northern Rockies while riding through a landscape known for dinosaur tracks.
Tumbler Ridge has more than 300 kilometres of snowmobile trails and over a dozen riding areas within a short drive of town. At Core Lodge, a wide groomed trail climbs toward the alpine, opening access to bowls, high meadows and plenty of room to play.
Experienced riders can turn things up at Wolverine, where tree riding, cutblocks, bowls and alpine terrain make for a much more technical backcountry day.
And all of it sits within the Tumbler Ridge UNESCO Global Geopark, where mountains, canyons, waterfalls, fossils and dinosaur tracks tell a story hundreds of millions of years older than the one your sled leaves behind.
