LOCAL VOLUNTEER SNOWMOBILE CLUBS CONNECT RIDERS WITH REWARDING OUTDOOR EXPERIENCES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF PARKING FACILITIES, WARMING SHELTERS, SIGNAGE, EVENTS, AND TRAIL GROOMING PROGRAMS.
The BC government authorizes clubs to maintain these designated riding areas for the public and to collect day-use fees to help offset the cost of doing so via a pay-to-play system.
Most clubs offer a day ticket or annual membership option which allows unlimited riding in the local area. Membership comes with additional benefits such as discounts on hotels and avalanche training programs.
